| World landsailing speed record still holds. Although there have been many attempts at setting a new record, Bob Dill and Bob Schumacher are still the fastest at 116.7 mph (187kph). The record was attained in 1999 in the Iron Duck, a fixed wing asymmetrical craft. (more info) |
